Career: Upon its foundation in 1998, Mr. Rostagno joined the ECB as a Principal Economist. He is currently the head of the Monetary Policy Strategy Division in the Economics Department, responsible for designing and developing the monetary policy strategy of the ECB, with a strong focus on crisis management. He has published extensively in the field of public policy, monetary economics and macro-econometric modeling. Before joining the European Central Bank, he served as an economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Italy (1993-1995) and the IMF (1995-1998).
Education: Mr. Rostagno has studied economics at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and UCLA (Los Angeles, US).

Career: Mr. Riley leads a team of 30 analysts based in New York, London, Paris and Hong Kong responsible for maintaining international credit ratings on more than 120 sovereign and supranational issuers worldwide.
He has led the expansion of Fitchfs global sovereign and supranational rating coverage over the last decade as well as initiatives to enhance the range, quality and transparency of the economic and credit analysis that underpins the ratings. Prior to his appointment as head of the Sovereign & Supranational Group, Mr. Riley was a senior economist at UBS Warburg and an economic advisor at HM Treasury.

Career: Mr. Blattner joined Daiwa Capital Markets Europe in April 2011 as a Director in the Economic Research team in London. Prior to joining Daiwa, He spent more than seven years at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany, where he worked as an Economist in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division, advising on issues related to the implementation and effectiveness of the ECBfs monetary policy strategy. Earlier Mr. Blattner briefed on developments in foreign exchange markets as well as international trade and capital flows.
Education: Mr. Blattner holds a Masters degree in Economics from the Free University Berlin and is currently finalizing his Ph. D. on the impact of cross-country heterogeneity on the conduct of monetary policy in the euro area.

Career: Mr. Lewis is Head of the Research Division at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe, overseeing the firmfs economic research, credit research and translation functions Mr. Lewis joined Daiwa in 2000 as its European Economist, becoming Head of Economic Research in 2003 and Head of Research in 2011. Prior to joining Daiwa, Mr. Lewis worked for five years at the UK Treasury where he worked in a variety of policy and analytical roles, including the assessment of whether the UK should join the euro and the UKfs fiscal policy framework.

Career: Dr. Sun joined Daiwa in 2010. Prior to Daiwa, Dr. Sun was Chief China Economist and Head of China Equity Research at Nomura. Before that, Dr. Sun was Chief China Economist at Lehman Brothers during 2006-2008. He also worked for Capital One Financial in Virginia, US from 2002 to 2004. From 1993 to 1999, Dr. Sun worked for the State Administration of Foreign Exchange with several functions including economic research and executive assistance.

Career: Mr. Scicluna heads Daiwafs research capacity on the major European economies and non-Asian emerging markets, while also working closely with Daiwafs analysts in Tokyo to lead Daiwa Europefs research on Japanfs economy and financial markets. Prior to joining Daiwa in 2005, Mr. Scicluna spent more than eight years as an economist at the UK Treasury. He had a range of roles, including as head of the European economic analysis team, and earlier advised on the Asian and emerging market financial crises during the second half of the 1990s. Mr. Scicluna also worked for three years at the European Commission developing policy relating to the functioning of the euro and European financial regulation.

Career: Dr. Warsh served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System from 2006 to 2011. He served as the Federal Reservefs representative to the G-20 and as the Boardfs emissary to the emerging and advanced economies in Asia. In addition, he was Administrative Governor, managing and overseeing the Boardfs operations, personnel, and financial performance. Prior to his appointment to the Board, Dr. Warsh served as Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and as Executive Secretary of the National Economic Council from 2002 until February 2006.
From 1995 to 2002, Dr. Warsh was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley & Co., in New York, ultimately serving as Vice President and Executive Director.

Course work in market economics and debt capital markets, Harvard Business School and MITfs Sloan School of Management.
A.B. in public policy (honors) from Stanford University in 1992 with significant course work in economics and statistics.
